My love for food started at 6 yrs old watching my nonna cook with a smile on her face and a song in her heart. Food has always been the way to peoples hearts and to bring everyone together at the table. I dedicate every dish to my dear nona that will forever smile in my heart.

When we cook with intent, we tap into a place where there is so much love. Love for oneselves as we nurture our spirits through the food we enjoy. And love for everyone in our lives that shares our home and table.
